all cwejman modules are produced with the same build and sound quality as the s1 mk2. the format of the modules is standardized for eurorack format as are the
electronic specifications. the philosophy behind cwejman gear is to offer ergonomic and dispositional modules; all functions such as knobs and switches are arranged above patch points. this ensures that all
connecting patch cables are away from the knobs and switches.
the electronics behind the panel are assembled with the latest technology using surface mount devices. this makes it possible to "squeeze" advanced electronics on a small surface. the printed circuits are
attached directly to the front panels by vertical standing potentiometers and patch sockets, and without connecting wires. the electronics behind the front panel are only 20mm deep at most. the front panel is
made of 1.5mm stainless steel with good visible legending and painted with a powder coat.
the power connector is the standard five pins in two rows and the pin-out is common: +12volts, gnd, gnd, gnd, -12volts (upper pins are +12volts connector). all modules are fully protected against wrong
polarity.
here is a diagram of how to connect a module's ribbon cable to a standard euro bus board (the red line goes at +12v in this case, and that's located at the top of the 10-pin
ribbon cable).
