the att-4 consists of four independent manual attenuators for both ac (audio) and dc (voltage control) signals. it's ideal as an interface between modulation sources and modules with direct cv inputs (not attenuable cv inputs). it has additionally level/bias shifters which converts nominal signals ±5 volts (such as vco-2rm or d-lfo outputs) to a positive signal (0 to 5 volts) for controlling of parameters, such as level, q-peak and other with the controlling voltage range of 0 to 5 volts.

the level controls the outgoing signals amplitude from 0 to the maximal level.
